From Tokyo straight to Brno!

Ryuichi Ueno, founder of the acclaimed Tokyo ramen restaurant Chuka Soba Hirai, is coming to Brno for a few days to join us in the kitchen and bring you a unique Japanese ramen experience — no plane ticket required.

His ramen has earned recognition at the TRY Ramen Awards, and Chuka Soba Hirai has been ranked among Tokyo’s Top 100 ramen restaurants by Tabelog for five consecutive years.

On Friday, November 20, 2026, Ryuichi will take over our kitchen for one day. Together with our head chef, Jan Miňha, he’ll be serving up his very own Tokyo Shoyu Ramen.

And since Ryuichi works exclusively with meat, our team will take care of the vegetarian option.
