A minimalist café roughly the size of a living room, cooking and baking with ingredients that haven’t crossed half the planet to get here. The only thing that travels far is the specialty coffee, which fills the local produce in on what the world is up to. In summer you can take the window seat or the bench outside and do very little, very pleasantly.
