Information stand at Brno’s popular reservoir – known locally as “Prýgl”

At the north-western edge of the city lies Brno Reservoir, the city’s largest body of water, which attracts thousands of visitors during the summer months. It therefore makes the ideal location for a TIC tourist information centre, where visitors can find the full range of services available at the city’s information centres.

The information centre is housed in a prefabricated, three-sided KOMA CITY module. In addition to providing tourist information, it offers giant tic-tac-toe games, puzzles, high-quality inflatable toys made in the Czech Republic, as well as practical items such as rain ponchos, reflective armbands, lighters, and yo-yos.

The information centre opens in June and remains in operation until the end of the summer holidays. Whether you’re heading to the reservoir for a boat trip, refreshments, a swim, a pedal boat ride, or simply to relax on the beach, it’s well worth stopping by.
