ARTBAR is a unique space combining art, music and a friendly atmosphere. You can come to interesting concerts, parties, but also to theatre or stand-up.
ARTBAR was founded in 2017 by Theatre II. pád under the name ArtBar II. pád. Initially a theatre club, it has subsequently transformed into a multicultural underground centre where you could go to see almost all kinds of art.
Nowadays, ARTBAR functions more as a contemporary music venue, but it has not abandoned its roots and continues to host a number of theatre performances, stand-up nights, openings and more. In addition to musical productions, it is also a popular meeting place for Brno university students.
ARTBAR’s dramaturgy is very rich and ranges from the aforementioned stand-up performances to concerts of bands of all genres to Berlin-style electronic parties.
The club also includes a bar with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, various beers from the Obora brewery and, from 2025, a new space called ARTspace, which is designed as a mini gallery of young art together with a cocktail bar.
