Inside the Orchestra is a project which allows audiences to experience music from ‘within’. The orchestra will be spread throughout the auditorium of the Besední dům, with the audience seated among the musicians. Those who cannot find a place among the musicians may take seats wherever space remains available – around the orchestra or in the balcony.

On this occasion we will be celebrating the birth of Bedřich Smetana (2 March 1824)! Does it really matter that it is not a significant anniversary? We can look forward to the story of Smetana’s life and music, filled with its timeless power.

Tickets are sold by section. Seats are not numbered.
