OPEN OPEN 2026: A Conference on Open Technologies and the Digital Future

OPEN OPEN is an international conference focused on open source technologies in public administration, digital transformation, and technological cooperation. It will take place on 6 November 2026 at KUMST in Brno.

The conference builds on the successful Central European Open Source Policy Forum 2025 and will offer a broader perspective on open technologies, open source, digitalisation, and their practical use in the public sector.

OPEN OPEN will bring together experts from public administration, technology companies, academia, and the open source community. The programme will feature talks, panel discussions, practical case studies, as well as opportunities for networking and knowledge exchange.

The main conference programme will be held in English. The event will also include a Czech-language side event.

The conference will take place on 6 November 2026 at KUMST in Brno. Participation is subject to prior registration.
