- Vegetable Market (Zelný trh) – Baroque Parnas Fountain, Reduta Theatre, statue of Mozart, Holy Trinity Column, Dietrichstein Palace
- Capuchin Square
- Cathedral of St Peter and Paul (including interior)
- Denis Gardens – obelisk, view of Špilberk, Old Brno, and the Jan-Amos-Comenius Church (Red Church)
- Freedom Square – Klein Palace, House of the Lords of Lipá, Moravian Bank building, plague column, clock machine
- St James’ Church (including interior)
- Moravian Square – Church of St Thomas, the Governor’s Palace, statues of Plato’s four virtues
